A Day with Daddy!

We started our day with Daddy doing family devotions after breakfast. Today we learned about: Worship. Josiah decided he was going to preach us a message afterwards....Boy, it was funny! He was "street preaching" verbatum what Mike says! He added that Elijah was going to hell if he didn't listen to daddy! Mike and I were hiding our smirks as he was waving his Bible around and "preaching".....We guess he HAS been listening very closely!
Next we headed to our new favorite park! It has become our favorite because its hidden behind some business and no one is usually there. Well, today there was a bunch of young teenagers sitting under the pavillion smoking and talking dirty. We went and had our fun and then was able to approach the teens with Mike's handwritten tracts. They all took one and some commented. Mike gave a good 5 minute rundown of the law and our sin. It was a blessing to be a part of God's work!
Our next stop was to visit GREAT Grandma Pat! She lives in a Nursing Home. She was just finishing dinner when we arrived....so we "quietly" entered the dining room to suprise her. She was so happy to see us...ESPECIALLY the baby. We took our visit out to the courtyard patio and the kids sat on a bench rocker...smoothered her in x's and o's and talked her ear off.
We ended the evening with a grilled dinner...Steaks, baked potatoes and corn. Then the boys decided to run through the sprinkler.....oiy! More wet clothes for mommy to wash!

Obadiah having tummy time while waiting for his turn in the bathtub.....

3 older boys swinging away!

Daddy pushing all 3!

Obadiah and I sat on a bench and watched the boys run around....

Teenagers we witnessed to....reading the tracts as we drove away!
